Appointments

If you are interested in making an appointment for a consultation, please contact us at 919-570-5900. Additionally, there are some minor procedures that may be performed in our office.

Our physician schedulers are happy to assist you with making an appointment. We do our best to accommodate patients' schedules. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to fill out forms regarding your current medical condition and previous medical history. This is a necessary part of the evaluation and examination process and enables us to complete insurance claims on your behalf.
